IDPH EPI® Education in Long-Term Care

In partnership with the Illinois Department of Public Health, APIC is offering a complimentary online education series in infection prevention and control for healthcare workers in the long-term care setting in the State of Illinois. This online education series provides in-depth foundational training for Infection Preventionists working in long-term care with a baseline of infection prevention and control (IPC) knowledge at a pace that works for learners, as well as providing information on handling the IPC challenges that are unique to the long-term care practice setting.
